Refer a Friend

At River Garden Care, we recognise that the most valuable asset our organisation has is our care staff. They work tirelessly to deliver the highest quality care and support to our clients and help us to fulfil our company’s vision and objectives.

We offer an industry leading referral fee of £250 for any carer that you refer to us that we proceed to employ.

All we ask is that they complete their probation period with us and work on a full-time basis. We will pay you £250 whether your referral is an experienced carer or new to the care industry.
