Satisfaction Survey results
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to respond to our annual postal survey. Your views and feedback are really important to us and help us to continually improve what we do and the services that we offer.
Our client surveys showed an overall satisfaction rating of 96%, and family and friends surveys was 100%.
We were all delighted to receive such positive feedback from everyone, and acknowledge that it would not have been possible without our fantastic team of care staff. We have shared your feedback with them as well. We will work hard in the forthcoming year to ensure that these standards are maintained and enhanced so that we continue to have satisfied clients and families. As a team we will never be complacent and constantly scrutinise our operation to see what can be improved upon.
